Most of my postings have been about the dark side of the fitness world; dumb ideas, bad equipment, worthless supplements and morons in the gym. Because of my time in the fitness industry, I hope that I have been able to add a historical perspective to these issues to understand how they began, continued to exist and how to avoid some of the traps.
